Fabrication Works

●	Site measurements .
●	Surveillance work has to be done to give the exact feed back of information about the dimension to be able to proceed fabrication.
●	Accordingly from step above, we Shall produce shop drawing for location and sizes of all items(demarcation drawings), and submit it for consultant approval.
●	Prepare material profiles as a result or processes of CNC Routing or Punching or Bending.
●	Cutting materials and assembling all of part as per fabrication drawing or Punching sheet as per drawing.
	For Fire rated doors / Steel  :
	Door Panel : Manufactured from 1.0 mm (overall thikness) Zinc coated steel.  Double skinned with welded & interlocking seams reinforced vertically  with horizontal 2 u channels to prevent twisting. Spaces are filled with  dense Honeycomb with standard thickness of 45 mm.

	Frames : Manufactured from 1.5mm (overall thickness) Zinc coated steelbended to single rebated profile in welded form, reinforced and fitted with fixing plates. Depth of frame (100 - 150 mm) jamb depth.
